Removal of walnut tree that was encroaching on structure
Total cost of all repairs were around $110,000. Estimated value of property in its current condition $500,000+. Market rent is $1600/month/unit.

Basements stairs were re-routed so door could be eliminated in the kitchen, making room for more cabinets and countertops.
Dining Room: part of wall dividing kitchen and dining was removed
Living Room: coat closet added inside front door.
Basement stairs were moved to the coat closet and wall was removed in front of stairs to second floor.
